Troy Heard is a Georgia-born, Las Vegas-based theatre creator specializing in immersive entertainment and experiential storytelling.

As Artistic Director of Majestic Repertory Theatre in Las Vegas, Troy has transformed a small independent theatre into one of the city's most distinctive cultural destinations, earning national attention for innovative productions, immersive experiences, and unconventional programming. Under his leadership, Majestic has cultivated a devoted audience while expanding its reach through strategic marketing, social media engagement, and viral content.

Beyond the stage, Troy has developed and directed large-scale immersive productions for entertainment companies, cruise lines, and global brands. His work blends theatrical craft with audience-centered design, creating experiences that are emotionally engaging, commercially successful, and impossible to forget.

A passionate advocate for the arts, Troy believes theatre's greatest power lies in bringing strangers together to share a story. Whether reimagining classic works, launching original productions, or building new audiences, his focus remains the same: creating bold experiences that surprise, challenge, and connect people.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Education from Columbus State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Arts and Design. A two-time Artistic Excellence Fellow of the Nevada Arts Council, he also serves as an instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.​​​
